Everything was great we have two cats and was always turning g the Fawcett on alot to be honest we still turn it on but no where near as much so it does work I am highly pleased with this product

I like the idea, I just wish it had a deeper bowl and would refill in between the time set to dump the used water. My cats drink it but since it doesn’t refill the shallow bowl, it is practically empty. So, I have to refill the bowl. Not sure I’m going to continue to use it.

I have been using the fountain for approximately one month. The water is very clean and the cats love it! The only problem I had was getting the pump apart to clean it. It is tough to get it to separate!!!!! Other than that, I love the quality of the water. Great company.

I DO NOT recommend this company. First they don’t read their emails when you ask for a refund because their production is delayed, You don’t receive the items you was supposed to receive and the water fountain trap that flush the dirty water drip constantly so the tray that hold the water empty itself super fast and the detector do not refill the water so my cat is left without water most of the day when I’m at work. It’s a very bad product.
We have multiple cats and all the water in the top container has been consumed multiple times and the fountain does not dispense until the 6hour timer is up. It’s like the sensors that track if the basin is empty don’t work. I’ve come to the fountain and found it dry multiple times even though the clean water bin below is full. Also the water in the drinking basin does not circulate as advertised. It just sits still in the basin. Advertisements show a different fountain than what was delivered. And what was delivered does not function correctly.
It is cheap crap.

I see many uses for these.
All the water just leaked straight through to the waste bin only after pouring. The clean water bin would run out after 1 day. Because of that I came home after 9 hours to the fountain sounding its “empty waste bin” alarm for who knows how long. Almost $300 straight to the trash!
I ordered 2 fountains. One is still in the box. I’m not using the one I opened. It is a pain to empty and the cats don’t like it. I’d like a refund for the one in the box
Make sure it won't die within a couple of days! Don't pretend you're the only vendor of it and overcharge for it compared to the other vendors. Respond when you get a message; I never got one when I tried to ask about returning it (at least 3 times). I'm disgusted I'm paying for something that I eventually threw out.
