I think I’m going to like it. I love not having a filter to change. My kitty needed no adjustment to its use. I need to see how many days I can get between emptying and refilling, which is important when traveling.

So - I’ll be honest and admit the first one dripped - meaning it emptied too fast. HOWEVER Purestream sent me a replacement. (They first advised me on ways to fix it, which unfortunately did not work.) The key here though, is they willingly replaced it and my cat loves it! I really like knowing it is fresh and not recycled water! I had never seen her drink before, and now I see that several times a day. So I VERY MUCH appreciate both the customer service and the product itself.
We bought 2 fountains, 1 for upstairs and 1 for the main floor of our home. Our upstairs fountain drain doesn’t seal all the way, so the water drains within a day. However, our cat loves the downstairs fountain and is actively drinking more out of this than he did our old fountain. And customer service was quick to answer questions I had, as well as sent me a package of cat toys and a cleaning kit for a misunderstanding. Overall, 8/10!

I love not having to deal with that slime that the other fountains had after 3 days. I only have to clean the metal tray. I like the idea of separate water, one for clean and one of dirty.

At first I was sceptical but this fountain has actually been really great! It did take my old little man about 2 + weeks to get used to it. He scares easily with funny noises like this fountain makes when emptying and refilling. He has really come around to it though and I think he loves the fact that he can sit with his head more upright. The ONE complaint I have is that my cat drinks a LOT and the top bowl will become empty long before the refill time occurs. I wish in that regard that the sensor would refill sooner than the scheduled timer or sense that the stainless steel bowl was empty/dry.

I love the concept of this fountain and one of my cats loves it too. The problem is I have 3 cats, and one won’t drink from the fountain because no water is moving, the second one will only occasionally drink from it and still ask for water at the faucet and the third one loves it. I would love if there was a way to recirculate the water in the drinking dish, but have been told that’s not an option, though I’ve seen videos/pictures showing a version of the fountain doing that.

Setup was easy and after a couple days of acclimation, my cat has no issues drinking from it. I feel much better knowing that she has a consistently cleaner supply of water now compared to her previous fountain. I only wish I knew about this product sooner.
Shortly after setting it up my cat was drinking out of it. As advertised it works well and it is easy to clean. With one cat the fountains goes 5 to 6 days before needing to fill it. It took a fairly long time to get it, but well worth the wait.
I really like this fountain. I feel good knowing that my kitties are getting fresh water. It’s super easy to clean. I take it to the sink and wash the stainless steel plate in warm soapy water, rinse out the tanks and fill it up again. My kitties know the sound of it draining and filling up and they come running. I have three kittens and I find myself cleaning and refilling it about every two days. I’m know I should have another one but I can’t quite manage that right now. I highly recommend this fountain.

The dual tank design is honestly genius. When I emptied the wastewater side for the first time I was shocked how much stuff was in there.
My dog keeps splashing water everywhere with normal bowls. This has cut down on the mess a lot and seems to encourage him to drink more.
