The PureStream fountain broke after one week of use. The automatic hatch that is supposed to close to keep the water in the tray stays open. Extremely dissatisfied with this product.
The item broke after a few days. I reached out multiple times for help troubleshooting and heard nothing back. Scam. Scam. Scam.
The water tanks arrived slightly damaged and replacement tanks recently arrived. The cats and I are happy now. The fountain works great!
One is working beautifully and the other one is not. The kitties love the working one and are drinking more than ever before. I don’t know how to fix the leaking one. It just doesn’t retain the clean water for any period of time. It just slowly leaks into the dirty water basin. Do you have any advice on how to fix it? These items are not what I ordered. The “shopping” I was doing was showing a demo of a completely different water fountain. I clicked on the link to order and much to my surprise, when they arrived, they were NOT what was in the video. One is still in the box and the other one is set up, but doesn’t work properly. After adding water to the top tray and then releases the water into the old water tank, the red light flashes and fresh water will NOT fill. Can any of this be remedied without taking this any further?
I thought the water would be a continuous flow.

The toys were sweet and our cat enjoys them. The water system is a different story. We are constantly having to change the water, which does not seem to be very efficient. We love the fresh water for our cat, but I would have expected the water to last a bit longer without having to be changed. I emailed Purestream about this and received no response.

I DO NOT recommend this company. First they don’t read their emails when you ask for a refund because their production is delayed, You don’t receive the items you was supposed to receive and the water fountain trap that flush the dirty water drip constantly so the tray that hold the water empty itself super fast and the detector do not refill the water so my cat is left without water most of the day when I’m at work. It’s a very bad product.

The first one I opened is cracked and it doesn’t work. I have asked to return both fountains 6 times with no follow through from the company.
We received our order (after a long wait), and I was excited to start using it. Within minutes, I could tell something was not right. The unit would continuously fill and drain the clean water tank into the dirty one. I contacted for support and they gave me a fix, which I tried, but the water would still not remain in the bowl portion on top, so my pets were not getting any water. The sensor was also not triggering when the drinking bowl was empty. Customer service asked for videos detailing all of this and showing that I performed their exact fix. At this point, I had already packed the fountain back up. They have been unwilling to issue a return label for me to send the unit back and receive a refund. Unless I hear back, I'll be contacting my credit card company instead. I'm really disappointed, for such an expensive item, the quality was not good.
I haven't opened that box yet. I ordered 2. Apparently. I opened the one w/o the toys.
Only received one cheap, junky cat toy that my cat had no interest in. I guess it was supposed to come with two toys, but honestly, who cares when my cat hates the fountain and Purestream fails to live up to their money back guarantee.

Ha Ha … the ‘toys’ sent are a joke! Just like the fountain. The ‘fish’ toy was dirty as the packaging was torn and this item was sticking out (photos were sent over a month ago looking for resolution). It also had ‘button’ eyes which will kill a cat if they get it off and choke on it (WTH). The 2nd ‘toy’ was something that wrapped around your hand and I assume you were to brush the cat … no instructions and what a cheap item!! I have put my comments out in FB and other social media because this product is a joke!
