My kitten is mesmerized by the fountain. My dogs also enjoy the fresh water that is dispenced. I have a metal fountain with a filtration system, but this fountain's water is cleaner and fresher. The pets are all happy.

The plastic is too thin. The magnets do not hold well. And I put it on for the every nine hours and it only lasted for three days. The Clean water was almost up to the top. No, I would not recommend this product. And I’m not using it anymore. It lasted for three days and I got fed up. I don’t intend to buy anything else from you at all.
My cats really love the fountain! It's way easier to clean and it ensures our cats have access to fresh water throughout the day. One unfortunate issue is that it does seem like the mechanical piece that empties the water into the dirty tank is leaking as I am having to fill up the clean water tank twice a day.

One of the fun moments is when Merry comes running up as I change the water and begins to drink as soon as the tray fills! I am gratified to see how much the clean water tank goes down in a day, which means he and his sister are drinking water!
I liked the book and thought the information was very good.
All three of my cats like using this fountain, they have been pretty picky about other fountains in the past so that says a lot about it. I love not having to replace filters while my cats can still get fresh water.

I have not gotten this yet even though I have my order.....
Cats prefer their old fountain at 1/8 of the price. Plastic has cracked. Water only refills with timer. Many times the tray is empty and I’ve had to add another water bowl. Very expensive for something my cats don’t like and was not allowed to return.
It’s great. 2 out of 3 of my cats really like it. The only thing that I don’t like about it is emptying it. Because the pieces are separate and attached together with magnets, I’ve had to get used to finding a method to empty it without spilling water everywhere.

My cats will not drink out of it, I did not realize the water would not be moving. I tried all of the tricks but they won't touch it. I have emailed twice trying to return and no reply.
It is too big and uses to much water. The pump is almost impossible to clean because it is very hard to get apart. The picture that I purchased from showed the pump up out of the water. I can't get the stainless steel pan off to clean easily. I have not seen my cat drink from it. He knows what it is and watches me when I clean it up and reset it. I've seen him smell the clean distilled water that I use, but I haven't seen him take a drink.
Never arrived. It said it shipped over 2 weeks ago, but it did not arrive. Given the terrible customer service experience if Purestream, I assume this is just a part of their scam. I want to return this fountain that my cat refuses to use.

I found it difficult to maintain. Refilling or emptying required that it be totally disassembled, which usually resulted in some spillage. It really didn’t work out for us. Seeing that there was a” no questions asked “ 30 day return option I immediately sent an email saying that I wanted to return it. I got a response within a couple of days asking a question which I responded to, but nothing since. I’ve responded again but still no response.
